Meeting Room Hire
Room hire includes state of the art facilities designed to enhance thought process and maximise results. Ergonomic chairs, full disabled access, data projection (minimum 10 guests) overhead projector and screen, two flipcharts, one white board, CD player, video and monitor, stationary trolley, note pads, pens, mints and chilled water are standard. Our expert audiovisual and events team are on hand to provide extra support and professional advice.


Meals and Breaks

Australian Breakfast (buffet)
Choice of fresh juices, sliced fruits, spiced fruit compotes, cereals with dried fruits, nuts and yoghurts. Home baked croissants, Danish pastries, muffins and a variety of breads served with assorted jams, marmalade and honey. Farm fresh eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, golden hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, baked beans in tomato sauce, pancakes with maple syrup and fresh berries. Freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Break Stations
At Aitken Hill, we understand that time is precious. To maximise group efficiency, we offer conveniently located 'Break Stations' directly outside your seminar area. Freshly brewed coffee, a fine selection of herbal infused teas, delicious home baked cookies, fresh whole fruit, mints and water are available throughout the entire day at your convenience.

Morning Tea Break
Enjoy a well-earned tea break following a productive morning of brainstorming. Take time out to relax in our picturesque lakeview lounge area within the conference wing.Aitken Hill's skilled pastry chef will select delicious freshly baked muffins or pastries to accompany our home-baked cookies and whole fruit. Freshly brewed coffee and an assortment of herbal infused teas are also included.

Lunch
Mouth-watering buffet lunches and desserts overflowing with tasty options are served daily in Aitken Hill's spectacular dining areas. Our executive chef specialises in meal modifications and will happily adapt any menu for those with special dietary needs and requirements.
